Sounds too simple?
That’s what I thought!
But I had a coach who was relentless about this. They wouldn’t let it go! Finally, I just tried it because A) What I was doing clearly wasn’t moving the needle for me and B) That’s what I was paying my coach for! To get the structures to help me build success towards my dreams!
And honestly it wasn’t that hard. It was like when you go away for a vacation or a weekend conference and you have a completely different routine for that period of time.
And It's Exciting!
It's super cool to make progress! Even when I was raising my son (single mom) I found a way to re-organize my habits. Most days I could manage it. And that was enough to make a difference!
That’s exciting! You don’t have to be perfect, thank goodness! Just doing this most mornings and evenings will create the energy, structure, intention and results you can focus on.

Simple and Easy
I have outlined for you a step-by-step guide to help you incorporate some new, super effective actions in your morning and in your evening.
It doesn’t need to take a lot of extra time. Just an intention! And you are already going through many motions in your usual routines, but some things you’re doing might not be getting you to the level of fulfillment you’d deeply like.
